Property Surveys and Technical Property Reports
Property surveys service and our technical reports allow our clients to know in depth all the anomalies and pathologies at a certain moment of their property or of the one that intends to acquire or to carry out works in the period of guarantee.
We provide professional technical reports for property surveys, property valuations and project management for residential and commercial properties, and we also carry out instructions relating to energy certificates, acoustic certificates and legalisation of properties and swimming pools.
Our report ensures greater transparency in the sale of your property or, if you are a buyer, minimizes the risk of acquiring a property in an undesired state.
As part of the inspection process, we evaluate several technical and legal areas of the property in question. Conditions of habitability, legal documentation, quality of construction, insulation, water networks, sewage and gas, electrical and telecommunications installations, among others.
As a result of this diagnosis a technical report is issued highlighting the detected anomalies and nonconformities.
Our office is located in the Algarve, we work with clients throughout Portugal, and are familiar with Portuguese and local planning procedures.
